These terms govern the services provided by The Support Queen (“I”, “me”, “my”) to you (“the client”). By booking or purchasing a service you agree to these terms.

1. Services

I provide consulting and digital services including SEO, Google Ads/PPC, web design and development, custom applications, customer-support systems and related strategy work. The specific scope of each engagement is as described at the point of purchase or as agreed between us in writing.

2. Bookings & payment

Prices are listed in euros (EUR) and are payable at checkout. Consultations are booked once payment is received. The Strategy Partner package is a recurring monthly subscription that renews automatically until cancelled.

3. Your responsibilities

To get the best results you agree to provide timely access, information and any accounts needed to carry out the work, and to respond to reasonable requests during an engagement.

4. Deliverables & results

I bring 15+ years of experience and will always give you my honest, straight assessment. Outcomes in SEO, advertising and marketing depend on many factors outside my control, so I can’t guarantee specific rankings, traffic or revenue figures.

5. Confidentiality

Any sensitive business information you share with me is kept confidential and used only to deliver your service.

6. Intellectual property

Work I create specifically for you becomes yours once it is paid for in full. Any pre-existing tools, frameworks or methods I use to deliver it remain mine.

7. Cancellations & refunds

Cancellations and refunds are handled in line with the Refund & Returns Policy.

8. Liability

My total liability for any engagement is limited to the amount you paid for that service. I’m not liable for indirect or consequential losses.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Spain.
