Privacy Policy

Last updated: 9 October 2026

The Support Queen (“I”, “me”, “my”) respects your privacy. This policy explains what personal data I collect, why, and your rights under the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and Spanish data-protection law.

Who I am

The Support Queen is operated by Nia Lock, based in Spain. For any privacy question, email [email protected].

What I collect

  • When you enquire or book: your name, email address, and anything you choose to tell me about your business.
  • When you buy: the billing details needed to process your order. Card details are entered directly with the payment provider (WooPayments/Stripe or PayPal) and are never stored on this website.
  • Automatically: standard technical data (such as IP address and browser type) and cookies needed to run the site and your cart.

Why I use it (legal basis)

  • To deliver the service or answer your enquiry (performance of a contract).
  • To process payments and keep tax and accounting records (legal obligation).
  • To keep the website secure and working properly (legitimate interest).

Who I share it with

Only the providers needed to run the service: the payment processor (WooPayments/Stripe or PayPal), email and hosting providers, and my accountant where legally required. I never sell your data.

How long I keep it

Enquiry data is kept only as long as needed to help you. Order and invoice records are kept for the period required by Spanish tax law.

Your rights

Under GDPR you can ask to access, correct, delete or export your data, or object to its use — just email [email protected]. You also have the right to complain to the Spanish data-protection authority (AEPD).

Cookies

This site uses essential cookies to run your cart and checkout. Any non-essential cookies are only used with your consent.
